Make sure you call ahead to see if berries are ready before venturing out to pick.
AAA Raspberries U-Pick

Alm Hill Gardens

Special note: WSDA-certified organic u-pick raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Barbie’s Berries

Bellingham Country Gardens, U-Pick and Farm Stand

Boxx Berry Farm

Special note: Retail market sells strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, other produce from Eastern Washington; specialty products including jams, syrups, marinades, honey and frozen berries. U-pick strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, flowers and pumpkins.
Cross Line Farm

Hannah Blueberries U-pick

Hauck’s Orchard and Produce
Address: 1920 Harksell Road, Ferndale; exit 266, east to Enterprise Road, turn left, go about 1 mile. Harksell goes to the left about half way around the sharp right turn to the second property on the right.

Open: Pie cherries and sweet cherries starting about the last week of June.

Special note: Certified Naturally Grown orchard; uses only organic practices. U-pick $4 per pound.
Hopewell Farm

Hours: 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Thursdays-Saturdays, July-November.
Special note: Certified organic vegetable and berry farm. Hopewell produce can be found at the Bellingham Farmers Market and at farm stand.
Koskela Blueberry Farm

Boxx Berry Farm Berry Festivals
6211 Northwest Road, Ferndale, 2 miles north of the Smith Road soccer fields
The Strawberry Festival is June 18-20, with free strawberry sundaes, farm wagon tour rides, kiddies’ train rides, face painting and special entertainment.
The Raspberry Festival will be on a Saturday in the middle of July, with free raspberry sundaes, farm wagon tour rides, kiddies’ train rides, face painting and a kids’ animal balloon maker.
The Blueberry Pancake Feed is held in early August, with free blueberry pancakes with homemade Boxx Berry Farm syrups.

Glen Echo Community Club’s Annual Strawberry Social
Glen Echo Community Building, 7694 Goodwin Road at South Pass Road
Enjoy local strawberries served on homemade shortcake with ice cream, whipped cream and a beverage from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, June 26. Music by Valley Voices and the Bellingham Blend Barbershoppers.
Suggested donation of $6, $3 ages 6 and younger or 60 and older; all proceeds go to building improvements.

Lynden Raspberry Festival
Downtown Lynden
Kids’ day on Friday, July 16; festival continues Saturday, July 17 with raspberries and ice cream sundaes, live jazz, Classic 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, wine-tasting at Samson Estates Winery, street fair, car show, fun run/walk, all-you-can-eat raspberry pancake breakfast.
